The Caregiver College meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Stephen R. Chapman Family Community Campus. Join us for these monthly workshops, which provide social and educational support for those caring for an adult or child with a serious chronic condition. Programs are free of charge. Pastor’s Only Bereavement Support Group
Navigator includes one to three members of the congregation who meet to learn about the services offered by the Community Serves program and the excellent services from AARP, The Alzheimer’s Association, Mayo Clinic and others to share with the congregation. Quarterly lunch and learn meetings are held for the group. Information and support information available between meetings.
